Topographic & Underground Utility Detection surveys CT Surveys specialises in providing measured survey services including topographic and underground utility surveys, measured building surveys, laser scanning, Drone Surveys, 3D Rights Of Light (ROL) and BIM surveys. Our survey teams carry out the site surveys professionally and considerately, producing survey drawings and 3D models to high accuracy and detail. We also produce 3D point clouds, BIM models and ROL models.
We can provide accurate survey plans to a scale to suit our clients needs and these can be supplied as either a hard copy or as digital data. Point Cloud data can be supplied in a number of different formats and we can use this data to create our BIM models and 2D drawings.
Our services include the following:
Topographic surveys provided as 2D or 3D CAD files Underground utility detection surveys overlaid on the topographic survey. Internal Measured Floor Plans & roof plans Reflected ceiling plans Detailed Elevations Cross Sections/sectional elevations 3D Laser Scanning & Registered Point Clouds Laser Scanner Hire with operator Scaled Orthometric Images from scan data Perspective Images from scan data Leica Truview 3D CAD and REVIT/BIM Modelling GIA / NIA Calculations Lease Plans School surveys Specialists in Historic buildings and Church surveys Rail Projects Right Of Light Surveys (ROL) Aerial Drone (UAV) Surveys Laser scanning and measured building surveys We serve a wide range of different clients from small architectural firms to larger engineering consultation companies. We provide survey information to specific requirements from our clients. We are also happy to provide a cost-effective sub-contracting service to other survey companies that may require our specialist laser scanning and BIM services.
With the aid of our Leica P40 Scanstaions and our Faro Focus S70 laser scanners, we can provide extremely detailed scans and drawings of historical buildings, ruins, and churches. Our laser scanners can also be used for domestic properties due to the efficient and quick manner in which the laser scanners collect the site measurements. Once we've scanned the property, we are then able to import the 3D point cloud data for use with Revit, ACAD, Navisworks and CloudWorx etc.
With the development of LSS software which can now import point cloud data, we can bring the data collected from our laser scanners into a 3D terrain LSS survey model and use this to supplement the topographic survey, create more accurate volumes or contour mapping of hard surfaces.
No matter how big or small, detailed or basic the type of survey, please contact us to discuss your project with a member of our survey team.
Our prices are estimated on a time basis, so ensure you provide us with an idea of the level of detail you require from the survey. This will aid us in providing you the exact information you require for the best possible price.
